1. Peel gourd, then slice crosswise about 1 inch thick gut.
2. Mix shrimp, carrots, tapioca flour , white egg, soy sauce and sesame oil together. Marinate for about 10 minutes
3. Put the mixture into step2. Then fry gourd and arrange on a plate. Then put in pot with boiling water for about 10 minutes until cooked. Decorate with red goat pepper and coriander.
