For 5-6 person
Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 1 cup Minced shrimp
2. 1 cup Chopped carrot
3. 1 Egg
4. 1 Tbsp. Coriander root
5. 1/4 Tsp. Pepper
6. 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
7. 2 Tsp. Wasabi cream
8. 2 Tsp. Soy sauce
9. 15 sheets Spring roll
10. Oil (for frying)
11. Coriander leave
1. Sauce -  Mix mayonnaise with wasabi to prepare first.
2. Mix coriander root and pepper together. Then mix with shrimp and carrots. Put white egg and season with soy sauce. Stir until sticky and knead with all the ingredients together and set aside.
3. Put the mixture on spring rolls and roll it. Then fry until golden brown over medium heat and drain oil.
4. Arrange and serve on the dish. Sprinkle with chopped coriander. Serve with dipping sauce.
