For: 15 pieces
Cooking time:  1 hour

1. 100 grams Unsalted butter
2. 214 grams All purpose flour
3. 3/4 Tsp. Soda bicarbonate
4. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
5. 2 + 1/ 4 Tsp. Baking powder
6. 150 grams Cane sugar 
7. 3 Eggs
8 . 225 grams Cream
9. 12 Tsp. Lime juice
10. 1 Tsp. Vanilla

Chocolate cream
1. 3 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
2. 210 grams Malt powdered
3. 170 grams Hot water
4. 150 grams Unsalted butter
5. 300 grams Dark chocolate
6. 1 handful Salt
7. Chocolate malt (decorated )

1. Heated oven at 180  C.
2. Mix cream, lime juice together and set aside.
3. Sift all purpose flour, baking powder, Soda bicarbonate, salt together. Set aside.
4. Beat butter and sugar until combined .
5. Gradually put the eggs. Beat until just combined
6. Add dried ingredients alternate with cream and lime juice. (divide dried mixture into 3 parts and cream 2 parts) Sift the mixture until combined. 
7. Add vanilla extract. Mix until combine.
8. Prepared baking tray and place with baking paper. Add cake mixture and wipe smoothly.
9. Bake the oven to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
10. Flip a cake and stay cookies to cool on wire rack.

1. Blend coco powder, malt and hot water, stir well and set aside to cool.
2. Melt chocolate and set aside.
3. Beat the butter until fluffy.
4. Put cocoa mixture, malt powder and hot water and then set aside to coo.. Beat them up.
5. Add chocolate and beat them up.
6. Add  chocolate cream on the cake.
7. Decorate the top with chocolate malt.
