Choco Banana Cake Roll - Choco Banana Cake Roll is a dessert that looks like a typical roll jam. However, with the replacement of the cream has been changed to jam called ‘Chocolate Banana Cake Roll’. The flavor of cocoa and vanilla go perfectly well together.

For 8 pieces
Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 2 Eggs
2. 20 grams Sugar (mixture 1)
3. 20 ml. Oil
4. 30 ml. Fresh milk
5. 35 grams Cake flour
6. 1 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
7. 2 White eggs
8. 30 grams Sugar (mixture 2)
9. 1 Tsp. Corn flour

Banana cream
1. 100 ml. Whipping cream
2. 10 grams Sugar
3. 150 grams Banana

1. Heated oven at 175  C.
2. Sift all purpose flour, cocoa powder and set aside.
3. Beat egg yolk with sugar (mixture 1)
4. Add milk and mix until combined.
5. Add oil. Mix well together.
6. Add flour, cocoa powder. Then mix until combine.
7. Beat white egg and gradually add sugar (mixture 2).
8. Add corn flour.
9. Beat until white egg fluffy. 
10. Put in the first mixture. Divide for 3 times.
11. Mix together until combine.
12.  Pour in a mold. Bake at 175 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
13. Mash banana until finely just right.
14. Beat whipping cream and mix with banana.
15. Remove cake from the stove. Flip the cake and peel pastry paper out. 
16. Roll cake and set aside to cool.
17. Trim the cake and cut the edge.
18. Add banana cream.  Space for about 1-2 cm, spread jam slightly at the tip.
19. Roll the cake and set aside in the refrigerator.
20. Cut into piece about 1/2-1 inch.
