Rainbow Cake Roll - This special rainbow cake is also known as a fancy cake roll. But we make this cake look cuter with rainbow design.
For 8 pieces
Cooking time: 45 minutes

1. 3 Egg yolks
2. 20 grams Sugar (part1)
3. 40 ml. Oil
4. 60 ml. Fresh milk
5.80 grams Cake flour
6. 3 White eggs
7. 30 grams Sugar (part 2)
8. 1 Tsp. Corn flour
9. Food coloring 
(Purple / Dark blue / Blue / Green / Yellow / Orange / Red)

Rainbow decorating
1. White egg
2. 1/4 Tsp. Corn flour
3. 2 Tsp. Cake flour

Strawberry Yogurt
1. 100 ml. Whipping cream
2.  10 grams Sugar
3. 150 grams Frozen berries
4. 80 grams Yogurt
1. Heat the oven at 175 degrees.
2. Sift flour and set aside.
3. Beat egg yolks with sugar ( Part 1 ).
4. Add milk and mix together.
5. Add oil. Mix together.
6. Add sifted flour and mix together.
7. Put in 7 cups (1 tsp.)
8. Add cake flour. (1/4 tsp. for each cup)
9. Mix the color in each cup.
10. Beat white egg with corn flour. 
11. Add white egg (1 tbsp. for each cup).
12. Add in a cone for rainbow decorating.
13. Squeeze on pastry paper.
14. Bake for 1 minute and set aside.
15. Beat white egg and add sugar (part 2).
16. Add corn flour.
17. Beat white egg until fluffy.
18. Add into the first mixture (divide for 3 times).
19. Mix all ingredients together.
20. Pour into a mold and bake at 175 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
21. Crush strawberry (use only flesh).
22. Beat whipping cream with sugar. Then add yogurt and beat together.
23. Mix whipped cream with strawberry and set aside.

24. Flip the cake. Peel off pastry paper.
25. Rolls cake loosely. Leave to cool.
26. Trim and cut the cake.
27. Add strawberry yogurt cream. Space for about 1-2 cm. Add jam slightly.
28. Roll cake tightly and put in the refrigerator. 
29. Cut into piece (1.5 -1 inch piece).
