Cooking time 1.40 hours

1. 120 grams Cake flour
2. 1/8 Tsp. Baking powder
3. 100 grams Sugar cane
4. 2 Eggs
5. 1 Tsp. Honey 
6. 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
7. 50 grams Drinking water 
8. 1 pinch Salt
9. Oil (for brushing the pan)

Red bean mixture
1. 500 grams Red bean
2. 70 grams Coconut milk
3. 1 pinch Salt
4. 180 grams Sugar

1. Sift cake flour and baking powder. Set aside.
2. Mix water with honey and set aside.
3. Beat eggs over medium speed.
4. Gradually add sugar and salt. Turn to high speed and beat until mixture is very smooth.
5. Add vanilla extract, honey (mixed with water) and mix to combine.
6. Mix dried ingredients into liquid ingredients by a whisk.
7. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
8. Set the pan over low heat. Paint oil and drop the dough in a small loop. Wait until the dough is cooked. Then flip to another side.
9. Coat red bean on the flour. Combine with another piece of bread.

1. Washed red beans and soak them overnight.
2. Boil lentils until soft.
3. Spinning lentils thoroughly.
4. Mixing mashed red beans, coconut milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Stir until lentils hold together quite chunky and dry non-stick pan.
