For 30 pieces
Cooking time: 40 minutes

1. 285 grams All purpose flour
2. 250 grams Unsalted butter
3. 85 grams Icing sugar (decorating)
4. 1 Egg
5. 2 Tbsp. Honey
6. 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
1. Warm the oven at 150 degrees C.
2 . Beat butter (room temperature). Gradually add icing sugar and beat until combined .
3.  Put flour, eggs, honey and mix to combine.
4. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
5. Divide cookie into 2-3 parts with baking paper. Then roll about 5 mm. and put in refrigerate for about half an hour. Remove the paper and press. Arrange cookies on a baking tray with pastry paper inside.
6. Bake at 150 degrees for about 7-15 minutes.  Then remove from oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
7. Sprinkle with icing sugar on top.
