Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake (Christmas Desserts) - Soft and mellow sweet cheesecake, with natural sweet and sour of the raspberry puree which is very simple to make. Today we serve in small cupcake style. This cake can be serving right away after remove from the oven. The taste is so delicious :) .

For 12 cups
Cooking time: 1 hour (+ freezing 1 hour)

1. 60 grams Cracker
2. 60 grams Buttered cookie
3. 40 grams Salted butter

Cream cheese
1. 350 grams Cream cheese
2. 100 grams Sugar
3. Grounded salt
4. 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
5. 1 Egg
6. 1/4 Tsp. Vanilla extract
7. 40 grams Raspberry puree
1. Melt salted butter and leave to cool.
2. Crushed crackers and butter thoroughly.
3. Put the melted butter into crushed crackers and butter cookies. Mix them together.
4. Put into a cup or container.
5. Bake at 160 ? degrees C for 3-5 minutes, remove from the oven and leave to cool in the refrigerator. Set about 15 minutes.

Cream cheese
1. Put cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat until creamy.
2. Add sugar, butter, salt. Add lime juice and beat until combine.
3. Put the eggs and vanilla extract. Beat together until smooth.
4. Put cream cheese on the Biscuit Pie.
5. Drops raspberry puree and decorate beautifully.
6. Put in the oven at 160 degrees C. for about 20-25 minutes (depending on the size of the cup).
7. Serve immediately. (You can leave too cool, or bring the dessert fridge for 1 hour or longer)
