Reindeer Cake Roll (Christmas Desserts) - For this menu, let’s change from basic cake roll to lovely Reindeer cake roll, a Japanese cake style that we’ve decorated with Bread Stick. This menu is delicious and cute as well. With mild vanilla flavor, fresh cream and strawberry that go perfectly well together :)
For 4-5 pieces
Cooking time: 1.30 hours

1. 15 grams Unsalted butter
2. 15 grams Icing sugar
3. 15 grams White egg
4. 15 grams All purpose flour
5. Food Coloring (Red / Brown)

Cake roll
1. 90 grams Powder cake
2. 1 1/2 Tsp. Baking powder
3. 1/4 Tsp. Baking soda
4. Salt
5. 75 grams Sugar (part 1)
6. 1/4 cup of Vegetable oil
7. 3 Egg yolks
8. 1/4 cup of Fresh milk 
9. 1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla extract
10. 3 Whites eggs
11. 1/4 Tsp. Cream of tartar
12. 45 grams Sugar (part 2)

Fresh cream
1. 200 grams Whipping Cream
2. 20 grams Icing sugar
3. Strawberry

1. Measure the size of the paper to fit the baking tray. Then draw a pattern on one side of paper. Place the paper upside down and set aside.
2. Mix cream icing for drawing.
- Beat the butter until creamy.
- Put the icing sugar and beat until combined.
- Put white egg and continue beating until combined
- Sift all purpose flour and beat until the mixture smooth.
- Divide the mixture into small cups.
 - After finished mixing color, pour into pastry bag for drawing.
3. Paint with icing cream as desired.

5. Mix cake roll.
- Sift cake flour , baking powder and baking soda. A pinch of salt and sugar ( 1 ). Mix all together and set aside.
- Put the vegetable oil, egg yolk, milk and vanilla extract in another mixing bowl and mix together.
- Mix the 2 parts flour and set aside. Mix with white egg and beat until the mixture smooth and set aside (A).
- Mix white egg in another mixing bowl. Gradually add sugar ( 2 ) and cream of tartar. Then beat until the mixture is fluffy.
- Mix white egg in the mixture A and beat all ingredients smooth well.
6. Pour cake roll mixture on a tray.
7. Baked at 200 ? degree C for about 10-11 minutes.
8.  When the cake is cooked, remove from the oven and take the cake out of the tray immediately.
9. Flip the front of cake. (The side with stripes on the bottom) and then use a white cloth or clean and dry towel. Cover and roll the cake. Set aside on a wire rack to cool.
10. While set aside the cake, slice strawberries, fresh whipping cream with icing sugar until light and fluffy. 
11. When the cake cool, Add fresh cream and strawberry.
12. Gently roll the cake.
13. Roll the cake with white cloth and put in the refrigerator about 30 minutes.
14. Cut the cake after chill for 30 minutes. Decorate on top with breadstick (antler).
15. Ready to serve. :)
