Chocolate Chestnut Mousse Cake - If you love chocolate and chestnut, you must not miss this cake. Because chocolate and chestnuts are not enough! We also add delicious wafer stuffed with a chocolate wafer instead using cake flour.

Cooking time 1.30 hours

1. 24 Wafers
2. 200 grams Chestnut
3. 240 grams Fresh milk
4. 3 Eggs
5. 20 grams Brown sugar
6. 1 handful Salt
7. 1 Tbsp. Corn flour
8. 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
9. 14 grams Butter
10. 60 grams Chocolate
11. Grated chocolate (decorating)
12. 335 grams Whipping cream

1. Blend chestnut with fresh milk finely.
2. Pour in a bowl. Add salt and set over low heat. Stir until boiling.
3. Beat egg yolk in another bowl. Add corn flour, and brown sugar by a whisk. Stir until  well combined.
4. Add milk into egg yolk and stir to combine. Heat on the stove until boiling.
5. Remove from the stove. Add vanilla extract and butter together. Mix with a whisk.
6. Melt chocolate and set aside.

12. Remove from a mold and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
