Cooking time: 10-20 minutes

1. 3 cups Japanese brown rice
2. 3 cups Water
3. 3/4 cup of vinegar
4. 1 Tbsp. Salt
5. 1/4 cup of sugar
6. 1/4 cup Mirin

1. Wash rice and steam in a rice cooker. 
2. Prepare sauce by mixing vinegar, salt, sugar and Mirin together. 
3. Mix the sauce with steamed rice. 
4. Set aside to cool and then roll as sushi rice.
