How to Cook

For 1-2 person
Cooking time: 15 minutes

1. 1 Tofu
2. 2 cups of Spinach
3. 2 Tsp. Minced garlic
4. Salt
5. Pepper
6. Wheat flour (for coating tofu)
7. Oil
8. 2 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
9. Sesame seeds (for sprinkle)

1. Sliced tofu and then mix with salt and pepper.
2. Coat with flour and gently tapped, then roast in roasting pan until golden on both sides. Set aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry garlic until golden brown.
4. Fry spinach and season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve fried spinach together with tofu.
6. Topped with teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds.
