Garlic sauce
1. 4 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
2. 6 Chopped garlic
3. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
4. 1 Tbsp. Chinese liquor
5. Sugar
6. Pepper
7. 1 Tsp. Sesame oil

1. Cut fish and blanch in boiling water. Add ginger, fish. Low the heat. Add Chinese liquor and wait until cook.
2. Fry celery and Chinese liquor with high heat. Set aside.
