Crispy Egg (Kai Jieaw Grob) - There is different way to cook omelet- soft, crisp outside-soft inside and crispy. The technique of this menu is to control the fire while you’re frying. But the most important is to keep cooking frequently!
For 1 person
Cooking time: 10 minutes

1. 3 Eggs
2. 1/2 liter Oil
3. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce (for 3 eggs)

Sauce
1. 1 Tsp. Soy sauce
2. 2 Tsp. Chili sauce
3. 3 Tsp. Tomato sauce
4. 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
1. Heat oil. Beat eggs with soy sauce.
2. Heat oil and pour egg from up high.
3. Wait egg set. Turn to medium heat.
4. Fry until golden brown.  Then flip to the other side.
5. Turn to high heat. Set aside on wire rack.
6. Sauce – Mix soy sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce. Add sesame oil and mix again.
