5. Salt

7. Sugar
8. 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
9. Chinese mustard green

Sauce (mix ingredient 4-8)
1. 1 Tsp. Chopped garlic
2. 1/2 Tsp. Chopped ginger
3. 1 Mushroom
4. 1/2 Tsp. Black soy sauce
5. 1 Tsp. Sugar
6. 1 Tsp. Seasoning sauce
7. 2 Tsp. Soy sauce
8. 3 Tsp. Oyster sauce
9. 1/3 Tsp. Chicken broth
10. 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
11. 2 Tsp. Chinese liquor
12. Grounded pepper
13. Hongkong tapioca flour

1. Shrimp and Pork ball – Mix shrimp and pork together, Add salt, sugar, grounded pepper, sesame oil, white egg and mix together. Add Hongkong tapioca flour. Mix again.
