For 1 person
Cooking time: 15 minutes

1. 1 Salmon
2. 5 Asparagus
3. Carrots, radishes, potatoes (for decoration)
4. 2 Tsp. Sugar cane
5. 2 Tsp. Soy sauce
6. 2 Tsp. Soy sauce
7. 4 Tsp. Oyster sauce
8. 1 White egg
9. 1 Garlic
10. 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
11. 2 Tsp Chinese wine
12. Ground pepper
13. Salt
14. Vegetable oil
1. Heat the pan, add oil. Fry asparagus until cook and set aside.
2. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan. Wait until the meat cook. Turn to another side and set aside.
3.  Make the sauce by adding white egg into the cool oil. Turn the heat, stir white egg and set aside.
4. Chopped garlic - Fry with oil until fragrant. Add Chinese liquor and sauce. Add water just a little and heat until boiling. Add sesame oil and pepper. Mix white egg white with the sauce. Then topped on the fish.
