1. 2  Duck Eggs
2. 1 Ball Tomatoes (chopped)
3. 1 / 2 Ball Sour mango  (slice long lines)
4. 2 Tbsp. Shallot
5. 2 Tbsp. Chopped Shrimp (cooked)
6. 1 Tbsp. Chili Garden (chopped)
7. 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce 2 
8. 3 Tbsp. Lime 
9. 2 Tbsp. Syrup
10. 1/2 Tbsp. Salt (put when boiling eggs)
1. Boil duck eggs in boiling water for 7 minutes (add salt too)
2. When it cooked, Put in cold water immediately for easier peeling. Then split half with a thread. Duck eggs will have a beautiful shape.
3. Pour fish sauce, sugar syrup, lime and hot pepper into a mixing bowl. Mix it all well together.
4. Serve on a plate and decorate as you please.
