For 3-4 person
Cooking time: 20-30 minutes

1. 2 pieces of Chicken thigh 
2. 7-8 Shallots 
3. 1-2  Cinnamon stick 
4. 1-2 bunch Coriander
5. 2-3 Tbsp. Natural yogurt 
6. 1/2 cup Cream 
7. 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
8. 2-3 Tbsp. Kor-Ma powder
9. 2-3 Tbsp. of Lime juice
10. 1 pinch Cardamom 
11. 1-2 Tbsp. Indian buttery (Ghee)
1. Marinate chicken with yoghurt, cardamom, lime juice , salt, Korma powder, pepper. Put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
2. Heat the pan, add butter. Then grill chicken on every side and set aside.
3. Onto the pan and add the butter. Then fry shallots until soft, then add cinnamon stick, cardamom and Korma powder. Stir until fragrance. Add tomato sauce and cream. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Put the chicken and simmer together for about 20 minutes.
4. Topped with yoghurt and fresh coriander. Serve together with steamed rice or saffron rice.

Ingredient of Chicken Korma (Gang Korma Gai)
