For 2-3 person
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes

1. 300 grams  Chicken fillet
2. 1-2 Tsp. Ginger 
3. 1 handful Chopped spring onion
4. 1/2 cup Sauce tomatoes
5. 1 Tsp. Cumin 
6. 2-3 Tsp. Sesame 
7. 2-3 Tbsp. All purpose flour
8. 3 Tbsp. Indian butter (Ghee)
1. Marinate chicken and season with salt and pepper. Then mix in the all purpose flour. Add fennel and set aside a moment.
2. Heat the pan. Add butter, chicken  and then fry until golden brown on both sides.
3. Then add cumin , ginger, white sesame and tomato sauce. Stir together over high heat like Chinese cooking style. Taste.
4. Serve on a plate and garnished with chopped spring onion. Ready to serve.
