1. 2 Pieces Roasted Pork Knuckle (chopped 2 inches thick)
2. Mushroom
3. 2 Stalks Lemon Grass
4. 1 Head Galangal 
5. 2-3 Early Coriander
6. 4-5  Kaffir Lime Leaves
7. 1 Tbsp. Chilli (chopped) 
8. 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
9. 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice 
10. 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar 
11.  1 Tsp. Salt
1. Steam pork knuckle in water for 1 hour (low heat).
2. Pound coriander roots. Slice galangal and lemon grass piece by piece.
3. When the pork knuckle soft, fill vegetables into the pot. Season with salt, sugar, fish sauce and boiling again.
4. Fill mushroom and stir it little bit. Turn off the stove. Then, gradually add lime and mix it all well together.
