For 10 cups 
Cooking time: 1 hour

1. 2 Egg yolks
2. 20 grams Sugar (1)
3. 20 ml. Salad oil
4. 30 ml. Fresh milk
5. 35 grams Cake flour
6. 1 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
7. 2 White eggs
8. 30 grams Sugar (2)

Mouse
1. 200 grams Strawberry
2. 4 Gelatin
3. 140 grams Yogurt
4. 50 grams Sugar
5. 200 grams Whip cream

Jelly 
1. 150 grams Strawberry
2. 50 grams Sugar
3. 2 Gelatin

Cake

1. Warm the oven at 175 degrees c.
2. Sift the flour and cocoa powder together. Set aside.
3. Mix egg yolk with sugar (1).
4. Add milk and mix to combine.
5. Add salad oil and mix together.
6. Add sifted flour and cocoa powder.
7. Beat white egg yolk. Add sugar.
8. Add corn flour.
9. Beat until white egg fluffy.
10. Mix 
11. Mix everything together.
12. Pour into a mold and bake at 175 degree c for about 10-12 minutes.

Mousse

1. Put gelatin in cold water for about 10-15 minutes.
2. Blend strawberry. Put into the pot and heat on stove.
3. Add gelatin, stir until dissolve and set aside to cool.
4. Beat whipping cream, yogurt, icing sugar together until creamy.
5. Add 1/4 whipping cream for making white layer.
6. Add remaining whipping cream and mix together with strawberry. Set aside.

Jelly
1. Put gelatin in cold water for about 10-15 minutes.
2. Blend strawberry. Put into the pot and then add sugar.
3. Add gelatin, stir until dissolve and set aside to cool.



How to Combine

1. Press cake with a round mold.
2. Add cake in the bottom in the glass.
3. Add white whipped cream.
4. Cut strawberry and put around the glass.
5. Add mouse slowly.
6. Set mousse in the refrigerator.
7. Add jelly on top.
8. Set jelly once again.
9. Add whipping cream, strawberry and icing sugar as you like.
