Strawberry Trifle (Valentine Day Menu) - Let’s try this strawberry trifle on this valentine!  With delicious flavor of soft pink sponge cake and chocolate frosting flavor that go very well with sour and sweet strawberry. And fresh whipped cream on the top.

Serve: 10-12 cups
Cooking time: 1 hour

1. 2 Eggs
2. 30 grams Unsweetened condensed milk
3. 30 grams Water
4. 20 grams Sugar
5. 10 grams SP (Emulsifier)
6. 65 grams Cake flour
7. 1 Tsp. Baking powder
8. Salt
9. 1/2 Tsp. Strawberry extract
10. 45 grams Unsalted butter
11. Food coloring (red)

Chocolate Frosting
1. 100 grams Dark chocolate
2. 100 grams Milk chocolate
3. 120 grams Whipping cream
4. 70 grams Salted butter


Other ingredients
1. 250 grams Whipping cream
2. 300 grams Strawberries
1. Warm oven at 180 degree c. and prepare cup cake mold.
2. Put egg, unsweetened condensed milk, sugar and SP in a mixing bowl over low speed for 1 minute. Then turn to high speed and beat for 5-6 minutes until fluffy.
3. Sift all purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Beat with low speed for 1 minute then turn to medium speed for 5 minutes.
4. Add red food coloring and strawberry extract. Beat with low speed for 1 minute.
5. Gradually add melted butter in it. Mix and beat with low speed until the butter melts.
6. Add the mixture on a tray or mold that placed with baking paper.
7. Spread smoothly.
8. Bake at 180 degrees? C for  about 8-10 minutes.
9. When the cake is cook , remove it from a mold. Remove baking paper and set aside to cool completely on wire rack.
10. Cut the cake into round pieces. Set aside.

Chocolate Frosting
1. Cut chocolate into small pieces.
2. Add butter and whipping cream. Stir until chocolate smooth.
3. Remove from the stove and set aside to cool.

How to serve
1. Cut sponge cake into round piece. And place in the dish.
2. Add cool chocolate frosting on the cake.
3. Place strawberry on the next layer.
4. Squeeze whipping cream on another layer of strawberry.
5. Arrange dish with fresh strawberry and serve.
