Serve 2-3 person
Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 2-3 Duck eggs
2. 1 cup of All purpose flour
3. 1 Egg
4. 1 cup Bread crumbs

Curry sauce
1. 1 Curry
2. 100 grams Stock
3. 1 Tbsp. Onion
4. 30 grams Carrot
5. 30 grams Mash potato
6. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Shoyu
7. 1 Tbsp. Mirin
8. 1 Tbsp. Oil
1. Boil eggs for about 5 minutes, then put in cold water and peel the skin out.
2. Coat egg with flour, bread crumbs, then fry until cook. Set aside.
3. Add oil in a pan. Add onion and stir-fry until cooked with carrots and mashed potatoes. Add curry and stir until dissolve. Add stock , stir well and season with soy sauce and Mirin. 
4. Add curry sauce on a plate with boiled eggs. (Cut half for serving as lava egg).
