1. 1 Chicken thigh
2. All purpose flour
3. Breadcrumb
4. 1-2 Spring onions 
5. 50 grams Onion
6. 2 Eggs
7. 3/4 cup of Drinking water or Broth
8. 1 Tsp. Dashi powder 
9. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
10. 1 Tsp. Mirin
11. 1 Tbsp. Sake 
12. 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
13. Oil (for frying)
1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with flour, egg and bread crumbs. Fry until cook and crispy. Then cut into pieces.
2. Pour oil in the pan. Add onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Season with spices. Beat eggs and add into the pan. Add spring onion, fried chicken. Turn off the stove, cover and topped on rice with Tonkatsu sauce. Ready to serve.
