Cooking time: 15 minutes

1. 500 grams Fruit
2. 1/2 Water melon skin
3. 400 grams Sugar
4. 50 grams Sugar
5. 50 grams Honey
6. 1/2 Tbsp. Agar powder
1. Cut fruit into dice or scoop as a ball.
2.  Heat water and honey into the pot. Mix sugar with agar powder. Then add sugar and stir until boiling. Set aside.
3.  Add watermelon, then add agar into watermelon shell. Set in refrigerator before serving.
