Serve : 2-3 cups (large)
Cooking time: 10 minutes (not include set time / boil for 45-60 minutes)

1. 50 grams Pearl jelly
2. 150 grams Brown sugar
3. 50 grams Honey 
4. 400 grams Water
5. 500 grams Fresh milk
6. 2 Packs Milk tea powder
7. 4 sheets Gelatin powder
1. Boil water. Then add pearl jelly and wait for about 20-30 minutes. Then rinse the jelly.  Pour water to boil with pearl jelly again.  Add sugar, honey and boil for another 15-20 minutes. Turn off heat and soak pearl jelly in the syrup.
2. Soak gelatin with cold water until soft.
3. Boil fresh milk, then add milk tea powder.  Stir to combine with the soft gelatin. Stir until dissolve and remove from the stove.
4. Add pearl jelly and milk tea. Set in the refrigerator. And serve with pearls jelly on top.
