Stir Fried Chicken with Xiang Ja Sauce (Gai Pad Sauce Xiang Ja) - Stir Fried Chicken with Xiang Ja Sauce is another delicious Chinese recipe. But they don’t use tomato sauce in the past. It has sweet and sour taste from Xiang Ja, which has both fresh and dried. You can use Xiang Ja (plum sheet) for making this recipe too. Add vinegar or tomato juice for more intense flavor.
Serve. 2 person
Cooking time : 15 minutes
1. 10-15 Chickens
2. 1 pack Crispy flour
3. 5 Sweet pepper
4. 5. Onion
5. 5 Cucumbers
6. 5 Pineapples
7. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
8. 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
9. 3 Tbsp. Xiang Ja (or mixed with tomato sauce)
10. 1/2 – 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
11. Oil
1. Heat the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, Xian Ja, vinegar and stir until dissolve. Add 2-3 tbsp. water for easier. Taste and turn off the stove.
2. Coat chicken with the flour. Fry over high heat until cook.
3. Heat the pan, add 3 tbsp. oil, fry sweet pepper, onion, cucumber, pineapple for 30 seconds. Then add fried chicken with sauce until well combined.
