Serve. 1-2 person
Cooking time: 15 minutes

1. 1 cup Shanghai
2. 1 cup Seafood
3. 2 Tbsp. Garlic and Chili
4. 1/2 cup Carrot, Broccoli, Corn (optional)
5. 3-4 Pepper
6. 20 Basil leaves
7.  2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
8. 3 Tsp. Fish sauce
9. 1-2 Tsp. Black soy sauce
10. 5 Tbsp. Oil
1. Blanch noodle in boiling water, then quickly put in cold water. Drain and set aside (Use this method with all vegetables and add beside noodle).
2. Heat the oil (5 tablespoons) in a pan. Fry chili, garlic and seafood (just 50% cooked). Follow by fresh green pepper, noodle, vegetable, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and stir until well combined. Put basil and mix a bit more. Turn off stove and ready to serve.
