1. 100 grams Vermicelli
2.  Seafood (Mussel, shrimp, squid)
3. 2 Tbsp. Chili, Garlic, Shallot
4. 1 cup of Basil leave
5. 1 Tbsp. Sliced ginger
6. 1 Tbsp.  Sliced lemongrass
7. 3-4 Kaffir lime leaves
8. 1 cup Blanched mushroom
9. 1 Tbsp. Tamarind juice
10. 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
11. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
12. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
13. 1-2 Tbsp. Oil (for frying)

1. Heat the pan over high heat. Add oil, then fry chili, garlic, shallot. Add mushrooms, galangal, lemon grass and fry together until smell good.
2. Add seafood and fry until cook just right. Add fish sauce, tamarind juice, sugar and oyster sauce. Mix slightly before adding the basil leaves and vermicelli. Stir all together and ready to serve.
