Serve. 15-20 person
Cooking time: 60 minutes

1. 2 cups Sticky rice flour
2. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
3. Vegetable oil
4. 1 cup Coconut milk
5. 750 ml. Oil (for frying)

Coating
1. 1/2 cup of Coconut sugar
2. 2 cup of Water
3. 2 Tbsp. Roasted white sesame
1. Mix sticky rice flour with salt and oil together. Set the dough for half an hour.
2. Knead the dough (Size as needed). And coil like a donut.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry cakes until golden on both sides. Set aside.
4. Dissolve coconut sugar with water. Simmer until sticky. Add roasted sesame seeds and mix well together.
5. Coat with sugar only one side. Set aside to cool.
6. Arrange and serve on the dish.
