Deep - Fried Rice Flour (Pandan Flavour) - Kanom Fak Bua or Kanom Dok Bua or the south called  Ju Jun. We adapt this recipe for more tender and sticky texture . With nice smell of  pandan juice and banana. This technique relies on frying waffle and the oil temperature in a frying pan.

Serve: 5-10 person
Cooking time: 3 hours

1. 1 1/2 cup of All purpose flour
2. 1 cup Rice flour
3. 2 Tbsp. Sticky rice flour
4. 1/2 cup Palm sugar
5. 1 cup Sugar
6. 1 Tsp. Grounded salt
7. 1/2 banana
8. 1 1/2 cup Pandan juice
9. 1 1/3 Coconut milk
1. Prepare mixing bowl. Knead 3 kinds of flour, palm sugar, sugar, salt, banana together until smooth (Mixture 1).
2. Pour pandan juice and coconut milk alternately. Gently knead together with the mixture1. Marinate for 1.30 -2 hours.
3. Heat the pan. Add vegetable oil in the pan over medium to low heat. Gently add the dough in the middle. Turn to another side and fry until cook and golden brown.
4. Drain oil and ready to serve.
