3. 5-6 Peel shrimp
4. 2 Tbsp. Chopped coriander
5. 2 Tbsp. Spring onion
6. 1/2 cup Mint leave
7. 2 Tbsp. Lime
8. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
9. 1-2 Tbsp. Roasted rice
10. 1 Tsp. Grounded chili
11. 1/2 cup Shallot

1. Heat the pot and wait until water boiling. Add coriander root, spring onion, shallot. Cut vermicelli to prepare..
2. When water boiling, cut vermicelli 20-30 seconds and drain the water. Put into cold water again and add in mixing bowl. Mix fish sauce, lime juice, grounded chili, coriander, shallot and spring onion together.
3. Blanch shrimp, minced pork, chicken until cook. When cooked, drain and mix with the ingredients (method 2). Follow by roasted rice and mix everything together again. 
4. Arrange in side dish vegetables. Topped with mint leaves and ready to serve.
