2. 2 Tbsp. White cheddar cheese
3. 2 Tbsp. Parmasan cheese
4. 3 Tbsp. White wine
5. 1 cup Cream
6. 1 /3 cup Butter
7. 1 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
8. Salt, Pepper

1. Fry onion, garlic and chili. Add white wine and fry until dry out.
