Serve: 5-6 person
Cooking time: 30-45 minutes

1. 1-2 Beet Roots
2. 1 Onion
3. 1 small Cabbage
4. 1/2 Carrot
5. 50 grams Butter
6. 1 Tbsp. Sour cream or Yogurt 
7. Olive oil
8. Stock
9. Salt and pepper

1. Cut vegetables into pieces and heat the pot. Add olive oil, stir-fry onion until soft. Fry carrots, cabbage and beetroot.
2. Stir everything until soft. Then pour stock and heat until boiling. Turn to low heat, simmer for another 20 minutes. Taste and season with salt, pepper and butter.
3. Cut and serve with sour cream for perfectly taste.
