1. 1 Cup Cream
2. 3 Eggs
3. 1 Egg Yolk
4. 1 Cup. Sugar
5.  Earl Grey Tea

1. Boil cream and sugar in 3 difference portions together. Set aside to cool down.
2. Beat eggs together. Then pour boiled cream down into small increments. Don’t stop stirring until mixture is all melt and smooth.
3. Filter the mixture until smooth. And then put in the cup.
4. Take the baking cups on baking tall tray which have hot water in there. Then, close the foil.
5. Bake at 150 degrees about 40 minutes.
