Serve : 2 pieces
Cooking time: 4. 30 hours

Mixture 1
1. 100 grams Flour
2. 6 grams Yeast
3. 100 ml. Water
4. 1/2 Tsp. Sugar

Mixture 2
1. 200 grams Bread flour
2. 50 ml. Water
3. 30 grams Whipping cream
4. 10 grams Sugar
5. 6 grams Grounded salt

Other Ingredient (Mixture 3)
1. 250 grams Water
2. Unsalted butter (for painting mold)
1. Mixture 1 -  Mix 1/2 tsp. Sugar and yeast. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
2.  Mix all purpose flour with yeast. Knead for 1 minute and wrap with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
3. Mixture 2 -  Mix bread crumbs with warm water, whipping cream, sugar and grounded salt. Add in the mixture 1 and knead to combine.
4. Pour all ingredients and knead together for about 20-25 minutes.
5.  Set aside the dough in unsalted butter bowl. And wrap with plastic wrap for about 30-45 minutes.
6. Punch the air out from the dough.
7. Gather the dough into a ball. Set aside the dough for another 30 minutes.
8. After set aside the dough (2nd time), divide into 2 parts without rolling.
9. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Fold the top and bottom ( vertically). Press firmly at the middle. Then fold again. Press the edge to join tightly. Turn to another side and wrap with plastic wrap. Set aside for 20 minutes .
10. Spread the dough in rectangle, fold it again on top and bottom together.
11.  Mold the dough (long size as need and place on a mold or a tray that panted with unsalted butter). Wrap with plastic wrap for about 45-60 minutes.
12. Boil water (250 ml.) Warm the oven at 250 degrees. 
13. After 45-60 minutes, the dough will rise up.
14. Slit the dough with knife (4 marks). And then dip a brush in water or spray water over the dough before put into the oven.
15. Bake the oven in the middle layer. Then add boiled water into a bowl and put at the bottom of the oven. Then turn off stove. Bake at 250 degrees for about 9-10 minutes and low the heat to 190 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until cook and golden brown.
16. Set aside on wire rack.
17. Ready to serve.
