Layered Pie (Pang Pie Chan) - There is something to make a layered pie looks more tasty. That is to having much layer enough to make it crisps and perfect for bake croissant or other pies.

1. 500 g. Flour
2. 200 g. Prestige Margarine
3. 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
4. 100 g. Plain Butter (cut into dice)
5. 1 egg
6. 30 g. Icing
7. 200 ml. Cold Water
8. 1 Tsp. Salt
1. Mix flour, salt, Icing and baking powder well in a mixing bowl.
2.  Add the butter into the flour mixture then using the chopped butter mix it well until mixture starts combine together.
3. Make a hole in the middle of the flour. Put eggs into it and mix gently.

6. Place Pesty Margarine on the right side of the flour. Except the flour into 1-inch, fold the left into the middle of flour and fold the right on the left. Collected along the starch out.
7. For 1st Time Roll Roll out dough into rectangular sheets again. Fold both sides of dough. Cover by the plastic rap. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
8.  2nd Time Roll
Roll out dough into rectangular sheets again. Fold both sides of dough. Cover by the plastic rap. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes. (do the same as step above)
9. 3rd  Time Roll Roll out dough into rectangular sheets again. Fold both sides of dough. Cover by the plastic rap. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes. (do the same as step above)
10. 4th  Time Roll Roll out dough into rectangular sheets again. Fold both sides of dough. Cover by the plastic rap. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes. (do the same as step above)
11. Roll out the dough into thin sheets. Then, cut into pieces as needed. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 -30 minutes (time depending on the size of the pie pieces that’re small or large)

Tips

To make pie dough, you have to stay the dough for a while before start rolling it out. Otherwise the dough will tear easily that making butter flowing out of the flour.
