Serve: 8 pieces
Cooking time: 2.30 hours

Dough
1. 220 grams All purpose flour
2. 6 grams Dried yeast
3. 50 grams of Water
4. 50 grams Fresh milk
5. 25 grams Sugar
6. 1/2 tsp. Grounded salt
7. 1 tbsp. Olive oil

For soaking
1. 250 grams Water
2. 25 grams Baking soda

Decorating
1. Salt
2. 30 grams Honey
3. Sliced almond
4. 30 grams Unsalted butter

1. Prepare warm water (50 grams) and mix with 1/2 tsp. sugar. Then add yeast and set aside for 5-10 minutes. (Mixture1)
2. Sift all purpose flour, sugar and grounded salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until combine. (Mixture 2)
3. Add mixture1 in mixture2. Then add fresh milk and mix until smooth.
4. Add olive oil and mix to combine.
5. Add all ingredients in a mixer for 10-15 minutes until smooth.
6. Knead the dough and set in the plate with butter. Wrap with plastic film and set aside for 45-60 minutes in the room temperature
7. Set the dough. Punch the dough and knead to let the air out.
8. Cut for about 40-50 grams.
9. Mold into 12 inches and cut into 2 pieces (6 inches).
10. Set the dough on a tray for about 30-45 minutes.
11. Mix baking soda in hot water. Stir until dissolve and set to cool.
12. Dip the dough in baking soda (5 seconds for each side)
13. Set the dough for about 15-20 minutes in room temperature.
14. Sprinkle with salt for decorating. Brush with honey and sprinkle with sliced almond for more sweet and mellow.
15. Bake at 210 degrees for 10-12 minutes. (depends on size of pretzel and oven)
16. Paint unsalted butter on pretzel for more shining.
17. Ready to serve.
