Serve: 2 pieces
Cooking time: 1.30 hours

1. 540 grams Bread flour
2. 60 grams Cake flour
3. 1 Tbsp. Yeast
4. 30 grams Milk powder
5. 100 grams Sugar
6. 9 grams Salt
7. 1 Egg
8. 250 grams Fresh milk
9. 159 grams Whipped cream

Painting
1. 1 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
2. 1 Tbsp. Whipped cream

1. Warm oven at 170 degrees.
2. Mix bread flour, cake flour, sugar, milk powder, salt, yeast. Set aside.
3. Mix egg, fresh milk, whipped cream and stir to combine.
4. Gradually pour liquid mixture in dried mixture.
5. Knead until you can stretch it like film.
6. Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Part 1 : put in a bowl and wrap it.
7. For another part: Mix with whipped cream and cocoa powder. Knead the mixture and wrap with plastic wrap.
8. Set the dough for about 30 minutes.
9. Punch the dough (let the air out).
10. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Set aside.
11. Roll into a large rectangle.
12. Fold edge of dough tightly.
13. Add filling in a mold. Set the dough for another 20 minutes.
14. Bake at 170 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
15. Set aside to cool before serving. Then cut and serve.
