Serve: 12 pieces
Cooking time : 1.20 hours

1. 150 grams Bread flour
2. 1/4 Tsp. Salt
3. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
4. 2 Tbsp. Yeast
5. 1 Egg
6. 50 grams Fresh milk
7. 70 grams Unsalted butter
8. 50 grams Caramel
1. Mix bread flour, salt, sugar, yeast together. Set aside.
2. Mix egg and milk together.
3. Gradually pour liquid mixture in a flour. Knead until smooth.
4. Add butter and knead until combine and smooth.
5. Set the dough for 30 minutes.
6. Add caramel and knead together.
7. Divide the dough (about 30 grams/ piece).
8. Set the dough before bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
9. Warm the waffle maker over low heat level.
10. Paint the butter in a mold. Add the mixture and cover. Bake for 1-2 minutes.
11. Set aside the dough and start making next piece. 
12. Serve with whipped cream, strawberry and honey.
