Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 100 grams Cake flour
2. 3 Eggs
3. 1/2 Tsp. Baking powder
4. 100 grams Sugar
5. 10 grams Melted butter
6. Orange marmalade
7. Mint leaves

Orange sauce
1. 60 grams Sugar
2. 30 grams Orange juice
3. 30 grams Corn flour
4. 150 grams Water
1.  Put egg in a mixing bowl (room temperature). Gradually add sugar and stir until creamy. Keep beating until the mixture light and fluffy (for about 20 minutes). 
2. Sift flour and baking powder. And mix together gently. Add melted butter and stir to combine.
3. Paint the butter in a mold. Then add flour and put in the microwave (without covering) for about 3-4 minutes over medium-high heat.
4. Orange sauce – Mix sugar with orange juice and water (100 grams). Put in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes. Stir until sugar dissolve. Mix corn flour with the water (50 grams). Add in orange juice and stir to combine. Then put into the microwave again for 1-2 minutes. (Stir before you remove from the microwave) until well combined.
5. Topped orange sauce on the cake. Add orange, marmalade and decorate with mint leaves. Serve warm.
