Orange Cranberry Popsicle - Orange Cranberry Popsicle is delicious cocktail flavor dessert. With sour flavor of cranberry that well combined with the sweet taste of Navel orange. Great dessert recipe for adult to try!
Serve: 8 sticks (4 Ounce)
Cooking time: 10-12 hours

1. 2 cups Freeze cranberry
2. 1 1/2 cup of Orange juice
3. 1 cup of Water
4. 1/2 cup of Sugar
5. 1/4 cup Glucose
6. Salt 
7. 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
8. 2 Tsp. Grand Marnier (or Cointreau)

1. Mix cranberry, sugar, glucose, salt and 3/4 cup of water. And boil over medium heat until sugar dissolve. Then remove from the stove.
2. Add orange juice, lime juice and Grand Marnier with cranberry. Blend cranberry until finely.
3. Set aside to cool and keep in a container and freeze. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes - 1 hour and freeze until mixture smooth.
4. Blend the mixture with water until thick and smooth. Then pour in a mold and put ice-cream skewer into sorbet. 
5. Use a spatula to spread sorbet until smooth. Then put ice cream skewer and freeze for 4-6 hours.

Ingredient of Orange Cranberry Popsicle

1. 2 cups Freeze cranberry
