Raspberry Rose Sorbet - Raspberry Rose Sorbet is a classic flavor ice cream with cocktail flavor. We adapted this recipe by reducing the amount of alcohol for easier eating and it’s very easy to serve yourself at home!

Raspberry Rose Sorbet - Raspberry Rose Sorbet is a classic flavor ice cream with cocktail flavor. We adapted this recipe by reducing the amount of alcohol for easier eating and it’s very easy to serve yourself at home!
Serve: 6 pieces (4 Ounce)
Cooking time : 10-12 hours

1. 3 cups Fresh  Raspberry
2. 1/4 cup Plum juice
3. 2 cups Water
4. 3/4 cups of Sugar
5. 1/4 cups Glucose
1. Mix Raspberry, sugar, glucose, salt and water (1 cup). Boil over medium heat until sugar dissolve and turn to syrup.
2. Add lime juice and 3/4 cup of sparkling wine with raspberry.  Blend until smooth.
3. Set aside and keep in a container. Freeze and stir the mixture every 30 minutes - 1 hour until the mixture smooth.
4. Blend the mixture with sparkling wine until smooth. Pour in a mold and put ice cream skewer and pour in a mold. 
5. Pour the mixture in a mold. Use a spatula to spread sorbet. Then put skewer in the middle and freeze the mixture for 4-6 hours.
