Cooking time: 6-8 hours

1. 500 ml. Fresh milk
2. 125 ml. Cream
3. 2 White eggs
4. 1/4 cups of Sugar
5. 3 Tbsp. Glucose
6. Salt
7. 2 cups Jackfruit
8. 1/2 cup Jackfruit (Long sliced)

1. Blend 1/2 milk together with 2 cups jackfruit and mix with cream in a mixing bowl. Prepare a colander and set aside.
2. Mix white egg, sugar, glucose and salt. Beat together until sugar dissolve and egg smooth.
3. Mix the remaining milk with egg over low heat and keep stirring until sugar dissolve. Prepare a colander. Use the thermometer measured: 82 degrees 2 minutes. 
4. Filter the mixture with egg and stir with cream. Freeze and keep stirring the mixture for about 1 hour. Then add jackfruit pulp over ice cream. 
5. Set ice cream in a freezer before serving.
