2. 1/2 Tsp. Baking powder
3. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
4. 125 grams Unsalted butter
5. 2 Eggs
6. 1 Tsp. Lemon skin
7. 3 Tbsp. Yogurt
8. 2 Tsp. Lime juice
9. 125 Sugar
10. Food coloring (yellow)
11. 150 grams Lemon curd

Meringue
1. 60 grams Water
2. 60 grams Sugar
3. 3 White eggs
4. 40 grams Icing sugar

Cake
1. Warm oven at 180 degree C.
2. Sift cake flour, baking flour, salt and set aside
3. Boil unsalted butter until fluffy.
4. Gradually add sugar and mix together.
5. Add egg and lemon skin.
6. Mix yogurt and lemon juice together.
7. Scrape bowl 1 time.  Add the flour alternate with yogurt.
8. Put yellow food coloring, stir to combine. 
9. Serving in 3/4 of bowl.
10. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meringue
1. Beat white egg until fluffy.
2. Gradually add icing sugar with medium heat.
3. Boil water with sugar until boiling.
4. Add the mixture in white egg.
5. Beat until form peak.

Combining
1. Make a hole in a middle of cup cake. Add lemon curd down.
2. Add meringue in a piping bag and squeeze on cup cake.
3. Decorate as you like.
