Serve: 25-30 pieces
Cooking time: 45 minutes

1. 1 cup Wheat flour
2. 30 grams Fresh butter
3. 3 Eggs
4. 1 cup Water
5. 1 Tsp. Baking powder
6. 1/2 Tsp. Grounded salt
7. 2 Tsp. Vanilla extract
8. Vegetable oil

Chicken filling
1. 1 1/2 cup Grounded chicken
2. 2 Tbsp. Peeled potato
3. 1/2 cup Diced onion
4. 1 Tbsp. Curry powder
5. 1 Tbsp. Paprika powder
6. 2 Tsp. Grounded salt
7. 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
8. 2 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce
9. 1/4 cup of Evaporated milk
10. Vegetable oil (for frying)

1. Sift flour with baking powder 1 time.
2. Add water, grounded salt, butter, vanilla over medium heat.
3. Add into the first mixture and stir quickly.
4. Set aside to cool. Gradually add egg and stir until smooth.
5. Set the pan. Add oil over low heat and add flour into round shape with 2 teaspoons. Fry over medium-high heat until golden brown. Place on pastry paper.
6.  Serve with sweet sauce, syrup, honey, butter or jam with chicken filling.

How to make chicken filling
1. Heat the pan over low heat. Add oil and fry chicken and onion until cook. 
2. Add potato and seasoning. Fry until cook and smell nice. Ready to serve.
