1. 1 cup Black sticky rice
2. 1 cup White sticky rice
3. 1/2 – 3/4 cup Jasmine water
4. 1 1/2 cup of Shredded white coconut
5. 1/4 Tsp. Grounded salt
6. Pandan (cut into piece)

Shrimp filling
1. 1/2 – 1 cup Minced shrimp (1 tbsp. Fat shrimp)
2. 1 Tbsp. Coriander root, garlic, pepper
3. 1 cup White shredded coconut
4.1/4 Tsp. Palm sugar
5. 1/4 Tsp. Sugar
6. 2 Tsp. Grounded salt
7. 2 Tbsp. Oil or Coconut milk (for frying)
8. Chopped kaffir lime leave
9. Orange food coloring
10. 1 cup Fresh coconut milk

Dough 
1. Mix both of sticky rice flour together. Gradually add jasmine water and knead until smooth. (you can change to fresh coconut or herb).
2. Mold the dough into a ball and spread roundly. (add the filling and boil for 2 minutes). Then mix with shredded coconut that already mix with grounded salt on both side.
3. Serve together with coconut milk and coriander leave.

Shrimp filling
1. Heat the pan. Add oil (or coconut milk) and pound ingredient. Then fry shrimp until cook. Add shredded coconut and fry together until well combined.
2. Season with palm sugar, sugar, grounded salt and fry until dry out. Sprinkle with kaffir lime leave and ready to serve.
