1. 200 grams Dried Rice Noodle
2. 200 grams Raw bean sprout
3. 1 1/2 cup Fresh coconut

7. 45 grams Salted soy bean, (pounded)
8.1 cup Chopped shallot
9. 30 gram Sugar

12. 20 grams Fish sauce
13. 2 Duck eggs
14. 15 grams Palm sugar
15. 1 Tbsp. Grounded chili
16. 1 Red goat pepper
17. Coriander leave
18. Lemon (sliced)

20. Side dish vegetable

1. Put noodle in the water for about 15 minutes and set aside on wire rack.
2. Add oil just a little in a pan over low heat. Roll egg in the pan into thin sheet. Then roll up and slice thinly.
