Fried Noodle Stuffed with Pork Ball (Moo Ta Kror) - Fried Noodle Stuffed with Pork Ball is a new delicious Thai recipe for your leisure. Great to serve with spicy Jaew sauce and various vegetables, or Thai herbs.  East healthy recipe that we recommend you to try.
Serve: 3-4 person
Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 200 grams Grounded pork
2. 10 grams Chopped celery
3. 10 grams Celery
4. 30 grams Celery
5. 20 grams Grounded chili
6. 40 grams Roasted rice
7. 70 grams Lime juice 
8. 50 grams Fish sauce
9. Sugar
10. Mint leave
11. Red goat pepper
12. Vegetable oil
1. Mix marinated pork with all seasoning. Divide some part for making Jaew sauce. (Marinate for about 10 minutes).
2. Cut noodle with scissors for easily wrapping.
3. Mold pork into a ball. Wrap and prepare noodle for frying.
4. Heat the pan. Add oil and turn medium heat. Fry pork ball and drain oil.
5. Serve with Jaew sauce, fresh vegetables and herb (optional).
