Thai Rice Flour Muffin (Kanom Tuay Fu) - One of traditional auspicious Thai dessert. We adapted this recipe for more perfect combination, with different ingredients and Thai spices we use that fragrant, fluffy and delicious.

Thai Rice Flour Muffin (Kanom Tuay Fu) - One of traditional auspicious Thai dessert. We adapted this recipe for more perfect combination, with different ingredients and Thai spices we use that fragrant, fluffy and delicious.
Serve: 40-50 minutes
Cooking time: 3.30 hours (set the dough for 24 hours)

Yeast
1. 1 Yeast flour
2. 30 grams Yeast juice
3. 50 grams Water
4. 100 grams Rice flour

Dessert
1. 220 grams Coconut milk
2. 60 grams Sugar
3, 120 grams Rice flour
4. 200 grams Flour (marinated)
Yeast
1. Grind the flour until finely. 
2. Mix yeast, yeast juice and water together. Set aside.
3. Mix ingredient2 in the flour and stir to combine. Marinate for 24 hours.

Dessert
1. Mix coconut milk in a pot with sugar. Heat until sugar dissolve and set on the stove again.
2.  Prepare a mixing bowl. Add coconut milk and knead until smooth. Then add remaining coconut milk down.
3. Mix yeast with food coloring. Add in Ta-Lai cup and arrange in 3/4 of steaming pot over high heat. Steam for about 30-40 minutes. Set aside to cool before serving.
